Maggie was with us for 18 wonderful years. She started out as Morris’ little sister but when Morris decided he hated sailing more than he loved us and took up residence with another loving couple, Maggie ruled the boat. We use to kid that, “It’s Maggie’s boat she just lets us live here with her.”
She loved to wonder around the boat, especially at night.
She was of course a cat, so one of her favorite things to do was sleep.
She hated to be brushed but had the spirit of adventure.
The last 5 years of her wonderful life she had her trademark “half an ear” (removed by our dear friend Dr. Diaz because of skin cancer).
Alan always called her our “Top Shelf Kitty”…..she loved to sit on the top step so she could watch and supervise everything that was going on.
She was truly loved and will be missed; the boat is not the same without her.
