First Stop North Dakota

On our way from Canada through North Dakota our first stop was in Jamestown. Cute little town, we stayed at the Frontier Fort RV Park, nothing fancy but full hook ups with a bar & grill in the parking lot....Looked like we were going to have some weather so when we checked in the clerk told Alan, "Not sure how strong the storm will get so we will come and get you to take you to the shelter if it gets too bad." Have to say made us a little nervous when the storm hit but although we got a lot of rain it wasn't bad at all. The next morning we drove down to the end of the street to see their Bison Park and Old Time Town. The bison were across the freeway up a hill so we didn't get to see them up close but their steel replica of a bison was impressive and they did a great job creating an old wild west type of town.

The next morning we headed to Medora, North Dakota and got our first views of Theodore Roosevelt National Park.
